What is THIS!? Shendir? OH LAWD A BALANCE DR00D?!? MADNESS!
No, it's not madness (or Sparta), I just wanted to give the ol' balance tree a go for a few levels. You know, spice things up. At the time of writing, she's 45% through level 53. Shen's gonna finish the level as a moonkin so I can see how it goes. I'm using this talent tree at the moment, because I just don't think I can give up Omen of Clarity and Nature's Swiftness.
If you'll excuse me, my wind rider just landed in Felwood; I've got some work to do.

Even though you didn't ask for them I thought I would make a couple of comments on your build.
First off, I am not a big fan of Hybrid builds but this isn't a bad one. I would just make a couple of changes.
First, I know you like Omen of Clarity, but its really a feral talent and has no place in a Moonkin build. As a moonkin, melee is the last thing you want to do. If your gear suppports you balance build then you will do less damage than you receive. Yes, I know moonkin get mana back from melee, but trust me. It is better to be patient and drink between fights.
Balance of Power really depends on how you play. If you are consistently fighting mobs the same or higher level than you then it is great. However, If the mobs are consistantly lower in level then you it is a waist of points.
Natures Grace really depends on your spell rotation, but I see it mainly as a raid talent. If your rotationis Star, Root, IS, Star, Root... then you will see some benifit. However if rotation is Star, moon, IS, wrath, wrath... then you will see no benifit. In my opinion the main reason to get this talent while leveling is to get to Moonfury, so if you don't plan on doing that soon then there might not be any reason to have the talent.
Moonfury is a great talent and I am suprised you don't have any points in it. In my opinion it is better than your Omen point and your extra point in Vengence.
